woke up reluctantly at 6am.

for my 8am work.

i really hate to work at 8am or 9am.

coz public transport is so damn crowded.

im still consider lucky coz i almost always will got a seat from my hse bus stop to mrt station.

but when i wana board the train.

most of the times i need to squeezEe in the train.

luckily im small size enough to squeeze in.

reached work to do my headache crew schedule.

argh~

y must i take over schedule when my store opens 24hrs over the weekends?

its so stressfull lor.

so wat i finished my schedule today very early when there is a down crew situation.

its like equals to nv do.

i have to call all the stores in my profit centre ask ask for attachment crews.

which means i called 33 stores.

in the end.

only 4stores can spare me crews.

isn't it sad?

i've already tried my best.

hope tat i will hear some more good news tmr.

i really dont wana see any down crew situation.

i dont wana see all my crews work till very tired.

i dont wana see them work for 8hrs and nv go for break.

its like they worked so hard.

but i cant do anything to lighten their burden.

think all we can do is to hire more crews ba.

but how?

its so damn difficult to hire crews lor.
